Pandaria Can not continue in Lost Isles?

I seem to be stuck on the quest Final Confrontation on my goblin. Trade Prince Gallywix can not be attacked and I get an invalid target messege. Anyone know a way around this? I sent in a ticket and have been waiting for a response, but does anyone know if this is something that a GM has to get you past to continue playing a goblin?

Is a GM eventually going to help me continue so I can actually play a goblin, or would I be better off just starting over with a new race? I have been stuck on a critical quest all day with no way to advance and ever leave this place.
