Hello, I spent 5 coins to skip the queue, and I was wondering, how long does it takes to go into effect?

They aren't the same.
One is asking how long till it goes into effect, and the other is saying mine isn't working. If you can't answer the question, then perhaps you should go somewhere else.

There are multiple threads about it right now. There seems to be some bug and they will probably fix it soon.
