    Trade System Forced Prices?

First off, is there anyone out there on Lordaeron that has used the Trade system and bought a character yet? I've been on the server for a few months now and was excited to see if they released the ability to sell characters because I have friends who would play but don't have the time to level. HOWEVER, after the last few days of watching the list, I haven't seen any good prices at all, some over the thousands in coins. Since generally speaking one coin = one euro, this means THOUSANDS of euros for a character on this server.

I thought that this was just a bunch of people over pricing characters thinking they would sell easy, maybe not realizing that a coin is essentially a Euro, but after looking around on the forums someone suggested that Warmane's system forces your sell price up depending on your character, with a Minimum of 30 coins at start.

This is 100% true. for instance,

My 68 Deathknight can be sold for no less than 68 coins.
My 55 Hunter can be sold for no less that 38 coins.

Without me getting a say in it at all I am being forced to ask for 68 Euros, or 78 Dollars for a Death Knight that I have only gotten from 55 to 68.
The 30 coin minimum is just Warmane's way of offering Account Transfers at 30 coins. Im not going to complain about Service Prices, but making me have to sell my characters at ridiculous prices like this makes the whole system absolutely broken and serves only to pump more donations to Warmane's pocket. On top of them making me sell my character at a forced price, they take 15% of the coins from the trade.

I'd really like to hear other people's opinions on this because how the system works now honestly just makes me think it's only there to make people donate ridiculous amounts of euros to Warmane.

    Thoughts?

It says 976 coins for a BIS prot/ret paladin (without shadowmourne) .... Realm : Deathwing
But you can make the same toon in almost 700 coins from warmane store

Dont even ask the pricing for lordaeron toons

i have an insta leveled nekid level 90 on mop realm, it costs 20 coins to insta level a toon, and it forces me to sell my nekid insta leveled toon for 30 coins... no one is ever going to buy tyhat toon, why cannot i sell it for 15coins, so then someone saves 5 coins, and i get rid of my useless instaleveled toon since now i play on wotlk realm 0.0

You can sell level 80 for 30 coins. Removing items lowers your prices . Prices are high because this is an x1 , no rdf , no items shop realm. Its hard work to level and unless you want to put the work in , you have to pay , a bit more then other servers.
Its only fair for the rest dont you think?

The system is there to offer a possibility, not an assurance. The minimum price is set based on our own Marketplace costs (with a discount to make Character Trading slightly more advantageous) and we're not going to screw up that just so you can sell characters for cheap. If the character you want to sell, with the equipment you want to sell, comes out at a prohibitive cost, that just means your character has little chance of making use of the, again, possibility (not assurance) of being sold.
