hello guys , there was a issue wit my weapon [Grievous Gladiator's Quickblade] this item cant find it on my bags , when i log , i see a the item in the mailbox sent from customer support , and today i changed my faction from the horde to the alliance and i miss the item in mailbox , and now iam alliance and the item [Grievous Gladiator's Quickblade] still for horde!! i cant equip it , the races are horde all my items changed except it!! plz help! this item costs 1750 honor now but i need 7250 honor for this season first!! plz help resolve this problem and thanks given! .

open a ticket ingame and wait, pretty sure a gm can fix that for you.

open a ticket in game, and explain to the GM that your weapon didnt change faction

I had this problem too some time ago and the gm told me he cant fix that

lmao, if a GM can not resolve a simple issue like that, they must give GM's no powers at all here.
