WotLK WoW Crashing part 2. and question about your client

Well, WoW is still crashing in Dala, which I've come to accept, but it's an issue in Wintergrasp also... which sucks when you're doing the battle there and after reconnecting you can't get in anymore.

The app suggested before for 64bit systems didn't work for me. It didn't connect at all after modifying WoW.exe with it. I tried changing "read only" and used the "run as admin" option and this didn't work either. If there's anything else I could try, do tell.

As for the crashing in Wintergrasp, it seems many others experience the same problem as there are many people at the location to which players are teleported from WG when it's full or they choose not to join. An additional problem is the ganking which ensues there between alliance and hordeplayers. Even worse than that, people seem to purposefully come there to wait for players of the other faction to TP out of Wintergrasp.

Warmane offerse a torrent to a clean (no WoD models) client, my question is: is this client already modified to work with 64bit systems or is it the same as the clean 335a client I already have?

I dont have the WoD models installed and it crashes regardless

you do not need to download a "clean" Wotlk client (without wod models), you can just remove them from yours, follow this easy guide: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....the-old-client

you should not crash anymore, at least in Dalaran

i dont have those models to begin with, im crashing with a normal client with some addons.
