Authentication issues

I no longer have the original e-mail used to create my account 5 years ago, when the characters were deleted my nephew attempted to save what he could of my account and turned on "Two Factor Authentication". I have already lost all my previous characters, vote points, and my donor status now finally getting back into the game I am now locked out entirely!! Please help me fix this issue preferably not by sending me threw a line of moderators in search of a solution.....
