WotLK Which content is released on which servers?

Me and my brother are interested in starting on one of the WotLK servers (probably Icecrown when it is released) so i was wondering if there is a difference in the amount of released content on each server as it would be ideal to start on the server with the least released content.

Icecrown = all wotlk content already released
Lordaeron = Ulduar has been opened a few weeks ago ( PvP = Furious set)
Blackrock = instant max levl only-PvP relam with free gear ( so no PvE content)

anyway you do not need to wait the Icecrown opening, you can already playing on Deathwing/Ragnors and then transfer the character ( for free) on icecrown, you will lose only Guild, Arena Team and maybe name if someone will take it before than you

Lordaeron is progressive, currently Naxx and Ulduar only, next tier opening some time after people basically start "farming" it
Icecrown will have all wotlk content open on merge
