Pandaria Error #132

So whenever I go onto my characters from Horde that are in kun lai summit my game crashes and the error 132 thingy pops up
But when I go on my alliance characters it works fine without crashing ?
Help please

#1. Try clearing Cache folder.
#2. Try the unstuck tool in the web services.
#3. If it is just a character, a move might be enough (PM me your character name / realm in this case).

I also get wow #132 Error started yesterday. Never have I had it before. now I cant stay on longer than 30 sec before game crashes. tried everything google tell me to try even download new client still the same issue. haven't tried to play in a few days so don't no what could have changed to cause the issue. any other suggestions would be appreciated. tried cleaning registry, drives are all updated deleted wtf and interface folders, and download new client same issue any other ideas. could be the end of my Wow career.
