WotLK Can't create character

Everytime I try and create a character it gives me an error message. No further explanation. How can I fix this?

Do you play with the new warlords of draenor character models?
I had this problem in the past, i logged on my 2nd client without the wod character models and i could create a character without problems

try using different hair styles or color, they give error sometimes
you can change back to it at barber shop later
