I originally paid money to skip queues, and when I did so, I paid for permanent queue skipping. Why is it restricted for Lordaeron? What are they expecting to gain into forcing people to spend money in order to have skips for 30 days? It makes people not want to donate to Warmane.

That's how Lordaeron realm was designed. The permanent queue skipping still exists on all other realms.
