Can't make ticket with this account.

I had 2 rare pets in this hunter character. While I was playing in battleground with my most like pet, that rare pet turns to a bear. I played it yesterday. But still my rare pet isn't with me. I searched it in my stable pet thing. But nothing. My favorite rare pet vanished. I need to know anything to do please. I need it back!
So I try to put this by using ticket, but there is no existing ban for that. please help me!

Website tickets are mostly for account related issues and lost items obtained with coins. For ingame issues you should make a ticket in game. But I don't think they can help you in this case so you might have to get the pet again.
