Can someone help with fix this

When ever i oped an UI it says BlizzardUi has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI u can disable the addon and restart the UI
But if i do that i cant acces that UI again it gets blocked :/
Anyone that can help me?

simple, follow these steps:
1. Close the game
2. Open your MoP folder and delete "WTF" and "interface" folders
3. go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and download "MoP minimal"
4. copy the "WTF" and "interface" folders of the MoP minimal inside your MoP folder
