Best faction for End-Game content?

Hey guys, I'm new on Lordaeron. And was just wondering what faction to choose for the best End-Game content opportunity.
If anyone have any experience with the community on both sides. Any leveling-friendly guilds to start off with.
And as a player progresses to level cap.
- Normal, lvl 80 dungeons.
- Heroics dungeons.
- Raids.
Since it takes a bit of time to lvl up to 80. I don't want to be on the wrong faction side and having a really hard time to get into all of it.

the faction balance is pretty much even, check the information tab from the top menu. Both factions have healthy leveling and raiding guilds. I don't know much about PvE progression but I think horde has lead on it.

Horde lead the PVE race now because traitor alliance members faction changed cause their top guilds leadership blew ***.
