Technical 2 Step authenticator HellllllllllPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help me.....i have 3 or 4 accounts....2 of them r locked out with 2 step authenticator and i dont remeber what email i used to make them.....my cell is smashed and i cant authenticate....how can i get my accounts back???
