Lordaeron Need help to confirm a possible bug

I'm using Zygor leveling guide addon. The quest I want to talk about is "Threat of the Winterfall". The guide tells me to turn in " The new Springs" and "It's a secret to everybody (part 3)" and accept this one, "Strange Sources" and "The Videre Elixir". According to this guide made for retail for ver. 3.3.5a the NPC Donova Snowden should give me "Threat of the Winterfall" after the previous steps, but she doesn't. So far, because of bugged stuff I skipped about 8 quests out of 620, and those were between level 4 and 21.
Can anyone look into this? I'd do it myself but I have no time to dig through old stuff, free time is very, very limited.

goto the bug tracker, there is a work around posted for both these quests

I can't see anything about Threat of the Winterfall which is the only one I'm talking about. (?both?)
