I have question about vote points - what will happen with my collected points now? - it will reset or what?!
And other question is that - What will happen with my post office messeg (cuz i had some expensive items in post office)

No. Everything web-related (which includes vote points) will be unaffected. Your characters will be transferred to a new realm. That is all.

Your Mailbox items will be removed and deleted as per:

Absolutely nothing will happen to your character besides the following:

Auctions removal
Mailbox contents removed
Arena Team(s), MMR, Personal Rating removed/reset
Guild membership removed
Instance lockouts removed
