Unable to collect points

Before the merge my activity rank was Envoy..

And now its Agent and I am unable to collect any points and it keeps on telling me "no points to collect"

Why is that? is that a bug or something?

Was talking to some in Global.. the guy said, issue is with everyone. So hopefully it will be fixed soon.
