WotLK can't vote

hello, today when i entred warmane wow i found that my charecters were teleported to icecrown realm , and they kept their main status such as gold, achivments , gears.... but after that , i went to the website to vote , but it says : there is no points to collect, and i read below that you must have at least 1000 points to vote , i my main "scourages" had 1385 ach points , also my last rank was envoy and now is agent, can you please tell me what's happning adn what can i do to solve this issue .

I have same problems on all my accounts i lost rank and i cant colect vote points same us this guy i dont know why !
