Cant find my accounts

The last time i played wow was about 5 months ago when the servers were not merged,and now i cant log into my accounts and when i try to recover my password it doesnt recognise my username and i cant find my characters in the wow armory now.Ive tried opening a ticket in support but there is only ban there...what should i do?

you mean Deathwing and Ragnaros wasnt merged yet? Or AT and molten wasnt merged yet?

Because in the firts case is weird, idk why you are having this problem
in the Second case then it is more than 5 month ago and your old molten account can be be recoverd

I mean about Deathwing and Ragnaros.Maybe i forgot my username but when i enter my character names in the armory i dont see them.

did you have also character on other realms? ( so exept Deathwing/Ragnaros)

Yes i had on Lordaeron too but not a big level one
