Technical Faction change inquiry

Hi!

I am thinking about faction changing and I have a question for the staff/players who have experience with this service.

It states that "-Character's race changed to the chosen opposing faction race". Does that mean I get to choose any race that my class can be, and do I get to design the look of the character as if I started a new toon? Let us say I am transfering a Dwarf Male Hunter - can I then choose any Horde hunter-eligible race or will it choose for me?

Furthermore, does this faction change prompt or give the option of a name change or do I keep the name previously used?

Yes, you get to pick from a race your class is eligible for and to change the appearance.
No, you don't get a name change.
