Need some help with MS 8k+

I was just questing in outlands when I dc'd I logged back in dc'd one more time then I got back in and my MS was at like 10k. I then reset my internet and logged back in went down to like 700ms then went back to 2k then higher and I Dc'd. Never had any problems like this before been playing lordaeron for about a month without any problems

Not my internet did a test at its at 21 MS ping

same thought it was just me.... im on icecrown and i cant even play just complete lag outs.
