Technical Client doesn't start

Shows me this error

1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

The Froswolf Server was restarting around 4/5 hours ago (While I was playing) So I thought it would be a good idea to reinstall MoP to finally install the WoD updated models, and now that it's done, it won't work with this exact problem showing up. x(
