WotLK Why no trade ?

Hello,ladies and gentleman ! I want to use this new feature of Warmane - character trading.In my case I want to trade a character from Lordaeron - 76 lvl warrior (Nazgrim),but when i complete all the steps for the trade,i receive the following message : You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system.Can someone help me discover the reason of the problem with this?
