i am opening this ticket bicouse of the day of molten shutdown
is there any chance of getting refund
my nick ingame was <Pienaklubs warrior ragnaros realm>
i tried contact to your service before but when i tried register on my nick and e-mail i culdnt
it showd your e-mail and nick name is already in use
when i tried password recovery it showed me your e-mail and nickname doesnt exist
is there any chance to get some reward contact whit me email <[email protected]>
i was donator and if there any chance to get donator rank back that culd be nice

That was a year ago. There is no recovery / compensations now, the recovery system was shut down long ago.
