so I've had this happen a few times now in a few days after logging off, stuck on that retrieving character list memo for about 5-10 mins before my chars show again and I get to log back on an alt or something

my question is: does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? (restarting client did not work.. tried 3 restarts without seeing my chars at some point)
