Hi there,

Recently I have been playing on the Blackrock PvP server and considered donating to support the server out, as well as for some transmog tokens. I logged in on Saturday to find all of my characters stripped naked and the transmog items I had bought from the Transmog Vendor were deleted. I have no clue to why this has happened but thought that someone may have hacked into my account.

I am fully aware of precautions and mitigation methods I should have taken but did not and take full responsibility of this situation, so I have now added authenticator and backed-up my files. Is there any way I can discuss this issue to make it clear if these tokens can be regenerated? :c

I logged in and found that the tokens were in the mail again on one of my characters? had there been a rollback? Anyway, still confused to how all my characters had their gear and items deleted

Nevermind, my bad, noticed everything on Blackrock had been reset ;_;
