Technical Need Staff help with Character trade

Hi.

Ive donated for coins and I want to send a character from this account to a new account so i can multibox him. The new account which will be buying has 37, the character is worth 30 coins. I've sent 5 coins to this account to pay for the service free, yet it seems this isn't enough as it says i'm not eligible when I try to put my rogue up for trade.

Can you please help?

to use "character trade" players need to have a premium account, so in your case both of your accounts need to be premium.
I guess you have donated only with 1 of them, right?

ye i guess thats it then. gonna have to donate another 10 euro i suppose. but at least then im glad to have contributed enough to the server for playing here.
