Technical Gold from trade-donation are MISSING

Hi everybody.

I have donated and purchased some items, and with the remaining coins, I have bought some gold from the trade service:

Bought 40000 Gold 5 coins Icecrown May 30 2016 at 20:24
Bought 33500 Gold 6 coins Icecrown May 30 2016 at 20:22

I've just received the 40k gold, but the six coins purchase is missing. I have check a lot of times my mailbox but the 33500 gold are missing. Could you help me please?
