Tickets and bans

Hey there
I was wondering if this screenshot is good enough to get someone banned , ......
Hes trying to flag me for pvp as you can see in the combat log , im not sure if this is bannable thats also one of the reasons why i ask :D.
Also i was wondering if warmane even does something about hackers etc ?
I have made alot of tickets with answers like 'The player has been taken care of' And end up seeing them online the next day
Hope i could get an answer for both my questions .
