WotLK Wotlk download in Germany

Hello , so i once again want to play with my friends on Warmane, i noticed my old acc is deleted so i made a new one, i now live in germany, and im not sure if im allowed to download 3.3.5 wotlk from your servers.

So if someone who knows, or is from germany could tell me if i can download the client, i would be thankfull
