Beast Mastery Hunter

Hi everyone! Im new hunter and i Play on Cata Warsong pvp realm. I have question and i hope someone can help me...
As BM hunter i wanted to Taim the Ban'Thalos Spirit Beast, but... Every time i go to where it spawns and flys it never appear...
Does someone know is that NPC acctualy spawning or is it buged? I really would like to have that bird as my pet so if someone can help i would be thankful... :)

I believe you have to do the quest line in the area where it spawns so you can be "phased" into it where you can see it.

I have a friend he was BM 7 months ago, he got Ban'thalos and he told me he didnt had to do any quest, i did asked cuz normaly yea you have to do quest...
I really dont know :/
