Error when logging in MoP

When i log in my game comes up with this error. that says, The information you have entered is not valid. Please check the spelling of the acc name and password. If you need help in retrieving a lost or stolen password and acc, see (european wow link) for more info. I have check this and my spelling is 100% correct and my email is also 100% correct i just dont know why this is happening considering i played on WoTLK and it never happened. If anyone knows how to fix it please do tell ^_^

maybe becuase of your password, WoW let you enter max 16 characters for your pssw. If this is your case just use a shorter one
