WotLK ICC chain quests bugged(ICECROWN)

The quest Deliverance from the Pit, is bugged : I've defeated Tyrannus, but i can't see Lady Jaina at the end of the istance. And my quest is completed , but i cannot speak to her. Some one can help me?
