Hello, I just came back home and tried to log in to your account, but I saw the message "Your account has been suspended for one week due to Casino." I dont know what is going on. I did not do anything inconsistent with the rules, I was not even in the game and do not know to whom the account belongs "Casino." Please reply because it is the weekend and I would like to play.

Have the same problem suspended due to advertising and I havent played in like half a year. It says last activity from the US 2 hours ago and I know thats not me :D

You can appeal, but forum is not the right place to do it. Use ticket system instead.
If you are not guilty they will lift it, but if the account is logged many times in past behind vpn/rdp or ip in different range/country than your isp idk how they can confirm that this is not you again.
