I was wondering where can I find heirloom neck, cloak and ring?

those were introduced in cata + future expansions

There is one ring from fishing events, not sure if possible to get here.
Neck heirlooms was introduced in Warlords of Draenor
Cloaks in Cataclysm.
Other rings are from MOP or WOD darkmoon faire arena.
