Ebon Blade quests after a faction change

I recently performed a faction change on one of my characters . After the faction change when I went to go do my Ebon Blade dailies at the Shadow Vault, all the NPCs were hostile again. I googled the solution-- no problem, just go find the very first questgiver on the Air Ship to start the Ebon Blade quest chain again. When I talked to him, he had no quests to give me. I then went to Zul Drak to see if those Ebon Blade quests were available - they were not. Now what?

Contact GM via Ticket. I'm pretty sure this problem is severe enough (lack of access to 1 endgame major faction) for them to resolve.
