Cataclysm lost acc

didint play cata for 6 months and 2 days ago i dl cata and i typed my acc name and pass and it didint recognized it.I tryed with mail but it didint recognized it,i dont know what happend to that acc but i cant see my 2 heros.Can you help me?This is my new acc.

dude i tryed with acc name and it didint recognized it and i created new one with this name.... but i see my 2 heroes xd

maybe you shared your account info wiht someone else and he changed the password?
Contact [email protected], indicate them your old Account Name. They might reset it to the first email so you will be able to change the password and get it back
