Help!

Hi Warmane players

I have been trying to get my littlebrother to play on Warmane but after downloading and launching the game, WoW tries to update itself after loggin in. After it is done trying to update, it says something like the file can't be found. So he can't really play the game, because he isn't allowed to get trough to his character selection. What do we do here?
