I can't create a new character

I have created many characters but since last week I can't create any new characters.I even created another account to test and I couldn't create on that account either.It just says Error Creating Character.Can you help me?

It's your WoD model. It's bugged a lot.

Your case is about selecting a character feature that does not exist in WoTLK normal client (face, hair etc.) change one of them until you no longer get any error
