Hello, I want to change from alliance to horde one of my characters.
Will i lose my arena team if i use this service?
And in this case will my MMR reset to its basic value or will it keep the same value like i have now?

first quest answer is yes.
For second quest i think (not sure) reset is right.

You will lose your arena team. It should not be different from just leaving arena team so I guess MMR doesn't change.
