1. How is the MoP realm?

    Hello everyone,

Yesterday while talking with some friends I got the nostalgia feels to play WoW but instead of going back to some vanilla servers I decided to see what I never saw in WoW. I played from 2006-2009 (mid wotlk) and what I would like to do is level and see the zones from both cataclysm and mop.

I don't really care for raids or bugged instances, as long as the leveling experience isn't compromised (i.e. mobs missing, mobs not scripted, quests bugged or missing etc) I'm ok, I'm also wanting to level a monk since I never played with that class.

Do you think I can do that in this realm/server? Or is the MoP realms so shullbit that I can't even have fun leveling and exploring the zones? When I reach cap level I'm guessing I'll either do some BG's for the lulz and some instances, not sure I'll have the time and patience to dedicate myself to full raiding.

  2. As per your explanation you really gonna enjoy here. About bug instance on MoP only 1 instance is bug some do works and others not implemented. Monk class well in other words a PURE ATHLETE CLASS dps good, heal good and pretty fun to play you gonna enjoy thats for sure .

  3. Thanks for your reply goodguy.

I'm glad about the instances guess I'll have fun at them, I'm sure I'll enjoy a monk since it's a new class to me and it can perform the 2 roles I remember enjoying the most, healing and off tanking.

About questing and mobs in general are they ok around here? I.e. Most of the quests work, mobs are scripted etc?

  4. There are enough quests to reach lvl 90. ^^

  5. You are straight up lying, the questing experience in cata and mop zones is just NOT good, many bugged quests. yes you can reach level 90 because of the x7 rates but it's far from retail like. The development is more focussed on end game content. There are some low level dungeons scripted but there are almost no people in queue because leveling is faster (only some dungeons in northrend). No cata dungeons are scripted.

No, the development is not only focused on endgame content. If you kept track of the bugtracker for the past month, hundreds of npcs and quests have been fixed. I think you're the one who's straight up lying, or you're just oblivious to the situation.

  7. Guess I'll have to see it for myself then, still I'll have a good time leveling and experiencing the monk class, I just hope I get to enjoy the new zones and at least have some cool quests to do on them.

  8. Honestly, low level quests are not that bugged. I test different zones for loremaster and i can say a good number of the quests are working pretty well (in some zones like tbc ones you can even get their achievements and others zones miss like 7-8 quests). And it's easy to reach level 90. I am not a serious PvE player so I don't know much about it.

  9. The MoP realm is definitely a great piece of work so far, You won't see many instances indeed, some of them do work.
On the other hand, i would say that at least 80% of all quests starting from Outland all the way to Cataclysm work.

MoP still needs alot of work what has to do with questing, it's rather a new and very big area afterall.
What has to do with leveling your way to 90?
A great experience and definitely fun, i personally only have a couple things to complain about, i want more Instances, more Achievements, more quests, and a couple more stat fixes would be great.
