Technical Static x Dynamic IP to avoid dc

As I said on another topic (im not writing it all again) I am getting dced over and over while playing.. does the type of IP might be a cause? Which one would fit better for warmane?

Dynamic IP should not change while you use internet. If it does then there is something wrong with your computers settings, router, modem or ISP. It should only change when your PC is off or your PC or router is disconnected from the modem. So normally it does not affect anything and should not disconnect you.

I have the same problem. Last weekend everything was ok, the DC problem started this week, i get DC exactly every15min (tested with a clock). Some friends got this issue too, also changed my password (many times), DNS and the DC continues exactly every 15min. I tought it was my ISP but i tested on another wow server for 4hours and didnt get a single DC, didnt make any change to my computer/wow. Any clue? did warmane recently apply an update? i use dynamic ip too.
