WotLK Back(cloak) Armor Display Bug

Hello,

I've been having this bug for a while now.
Simply put about 2/3 of the Back(cloak) armor isn't displaying correctly.

Does anyone else have the same issue or is it just me?
Also is there anyway to fix this?

For example:
Shroud of the North Wind is not showing correctly
