Wotlk Midsummer Event Thread [World Event]

The Midsummer Fire Festival is about to begin and give players the opportunity to celebrate the hottest seasons of the year.

We all love summer so this "hot" World Event brings a time of merriment which includes visiting various bonfires located through the world and lighting great fires. It is all about the sky itself being set alight, wild atmosphere and generally said having a great time. Rewards are fun and there is even a title - Flame Keeper for the Hordes and Flame Warden for the Alliance.

I've created this topic so that we can all share our thoughts, experience and basically having the opportunity to talk about it, because it is really fun.

Do not miss it, guys, even just for the achievement points.

The Midsummer event on Icecrown and Lordaeron is scheduled to start on 23rd of June and end on the 7th of July.

This was the event where you gained some bonus xp from the bonfire? And tre easy frost Boss in SP?

I havent seen any bonfires,only come decorations in dalaran,will the even work normaly?

Welp. Ahune does appear in icecrown server though the server crash non-stop

On Lordaeron Ahune is working but you dont get an ID when you kill him so you can do it infinite times is this normal ?

Also no way to get the satchel atm.

Was doing the whole achievement stuff, but last one, Torch Juggler (http://wotlk.openwow.com/achievement=272) didn't work. Is it just me, or it's the same for everyone else?

Can confirm that it worked fine yesterday on Horde side, I suppose the faction change last year is still paying off.
