WotLK I can't connect

Hi, I'm a new player and I downloaded WoW. I entered WoW ( WOTLK ) and entered my ID ( not e-mail address ) and password. It said " Connect, Authenticating ( or something )" then it showed me an errorr saying " The information you have entered is not valid. Please check the spelling of the account name and password. If you need help in retrieving a lost or stolen password and account, see [www.worldofwarcraft.com/loginsupport] or more information."
I have Battle.net installed by the way... What can I do ? Please, help!

Not aware of this problem but try closing the battle.net and log in again. Are you sure you put correct name and password?

Yes, i put the correct ones. And btw when I log in, Battle.net is not active, im not logged in battle.net whe i try to connect

I asked... and I even sent a image. He told me that if the problem persist even if I have all the settings done right I should make a post on forum... And here we are now...

I even downloaded it again. Didn't worked. Downloaded wow 3.3.5a from another source and changed the realmlist. DIdn't worked. The same problem. I do now know what to do... Maybe molten log in has something ? I do not know what else I can do. If someone fixed it or reapired this problem, please, message me ! I need to play WOW !

FIXED IT!!! Those that have this problem may have a password too long ( with 1 or more digits more than the wow 3.3.5a suffers ). I showed a friend my bug and he looked at the password bar when he saw that my last 2 digits weren't put there. I changed the pass and erased those 2 digits and now I can connect. In fact, now I am at Character Creation.
