WotLK ALchemy, transmute mastery quest?

Hey so on Icecrown I hit 450 alchemy on my paladin and wanted to become a transmute master. Couldn't find anything about it on this forum and old wotlk wikis told me Zarevhi in Netherstorm provides the quest. However, Zarevhi has no such quest. Is there an alternative way to become transmute master?

There is another quest before the one in Netherstorm.
