Hey guys,
two quick questions. :)
Has anyone ever wrote a ticket on a warmane server? How long does it usually take to answer? :)
I have been silly enough to let myself get scammed, would a gm help me with that or do i just have to deal with it? :(

If you have proofs (screenshots or video) you can get the scammer banned but you won't get anything back. Otherwise nothing can be done about it.

interesting that you say that, cuz ive gathered tons of evidence of flyhacking and other sorts of illegal activities, yet i havent seen them get banned and they yet again are playing right now at this moment. sad.

I've reported maybe 3 bots, 3 scammers, one exploiter, and one guy for racism.
It led to 5 we will investigate the player, 2 an issue from your ticket was taken care of, and 1 the player has been muted... If I remember right.

If someone breaks the rules, scams, exploits, etc... Please report them they will get punished.

(To add ,after an "issue from your ticket was taken care of" I haven't seen those 2 players log on since.)

Also to add that the scammers (Or attempting to scam me people I record on youtube and put as my proof) who I report.. Don't know how to word this but I don't see them on anymore after my report goes through. Even on my alts.

And to answer your question it takes anywhere from ~8hours to a full day for the GMs to respond back to you.
(I'd recommend recording with OBS if you want to make sure you give the GM all the proof they need)

It is very likely that your proof wasn't definitive. It was not lack of action from the GMs, just your proof was not convincing, hence why they investigate. We hate to ban people for something they haven't done, you know.

I recorded the videos of flyhackers, botters, took date/time all the info, bascily did everything for GMs to evaluate the issue as clear/easy/fast as possible. I understand that you have tons of tickets going trough but, please, dont say that my proof wasnt convincing. You really want me to post proof here, maybe they will be banned this time? Again, sad.

I am afraid there is not enough evidence, we need to see the full video of you viewing this mail, meantime we will make sure we investigate this.

I did in the past and the staff was always on point .

Haven't had issues ingame since forever so I can't tell you how it is right now .
