Why I got banned?

I am wondering why my account got banned?

I have two low level charachters and I haven't done anything wrong.
Please give me explanation.

It doesn't happen that much these days but, at a time, people often complained about being banned randomly and for no reason. All they get is something like " we don't unban accounts nor tell you why you were banned. You go donate now." so I'm afraid you lost your characters, friend.

They still complain about their bans and they still say it's for no reason. People aren't banned for things that aren't on the rules, unless it's something obviously not okay. They wont share any evidence because it would only show you who made the report and cause more problems. And finally, the amount of people who associate donations with bans is too damn high, put your head back on straight and knock that off.

Can you prove your claims before I take it you are just trying to make bad advertising? Anyone who is banned can just login on website and see the ban reason in there. Hacking, exploiting, fraud etc, etc. You cannot even donate (in the banned account) while banned, so you are lying out of the bat. If it is a case of ip range ban, people can make a ban appeal anytime with the website ticket.
