Firstly, i don't know if this post should be here, ifnot, sorry.

I was trying to do the summer event achievements and..... "torch juggler" is bugged, can you please fix it before the event ends?

It is not bugged. You gotta do Torch Tossing and Torch Catching quests.

And be horde, doesn't work on alliance side.
