Seems like you got spammed by a character that was further deleted. That's one of the possibilities.
Either that or a bot that was using a character that was also wiped.

I am 100% sure it is from the player who is using the character ...... with which he was using BOT to check the neutral AH...
Because when he got one my mail from the neutral AH i went to winterspring to kill him. And everytime i see some player to do that i am putting him in frined list to check him. So everytime he logged on, i went there to kill him. So after some kills, probably with some program just when i log with my horde char to kill him and i am in winterspring he immideately logged off. So on that way he cant check the AH at all when is almost all the time logged off...
After my first report to him they said that he will be investegated, after that he didnt log on 1-2 weeks, but few days ago he got in again and doing the same thing.

The video is on 5 parts. Every part is showing how first i am showing my friend list and also the clock and that he is online, after that i am logging with my mage in other acc also showing the clock, then again i am showing with my druid the clock and u see that he is already offline. From the 3rd part of the video i made that the chat is showing every message time so everything to be more correct. And again the same steps, as u see right when i log on with my mage he is going offline. I dont know it will be possible some players who is using his own hands, to check the neutral AH with refreshing everytime, and also check friend list on some his horde character...
Also this character is character to player ".....", because on the first kills he got his rogue "......" there to deff him.Edited: June 27, 2016

He does not have to refresh it himself. Addons can refresh the page and check for cheap items and offer him to buy them. But he still has to click or press a button to accept it. Auctioneer and probably Auctionator addons can do that and it's not botting as long as he clicks the button to accept buying the item himself.
Logging out quickly could be more complicated. But he could be either checking when you log in on a horde char, simply seeing you appear there or something might appear in combat log when you log in. But it seems like he is exiting game not logging out since he would be there for 20 more seconds if he logged out so I don't think it can be automated with addons.

So he is clear ? And like some player said there is not many ways to proov someone for using BOT... I dont know what is the point to report players if there is absolutely no result...

Yes, it's pretty hard to prove that someone is botting. Especially when using auction house. You can't know if he is botting or doing the required actions himself.
There is result when you report players with decent proofs but in this case it's not possible. You can't even know if he is actually botting and it might not be that simple to find out for a GM also.
